We understand that sometimes technical hiccups can occur when initially setting the Botly Chrome extension up. If you've received an error message while trying to sign in to the Chrome extension with Google, worry not!

Troubleshooting Steps

Are you using DolphinAnty or another anti-detect browser?

If you are using DolphinAnty or any other anti-detect browser, Google sign-in may be broken as we rely on Google Chrome's default Google Sign-in service and this can be disabled on anti-detect browsers.

In order to resolve this, you can request a password reset link on the login page of the extension, and then sign in with your email & password once you have reset your password.

Are you in the right Chrome profile?

Depending on how you have set up your browser, Google Sign-in may default to the Chrome profile selected.

To resolve this, please make sure you are in the Google Chrome profile that is attached to the email you signed up to Botly with.
